We have strived for it since we were infants. Since
the moment we could snatch a toy or say, "NO!" We
were wanting independence. We want to do things all
by ourselves. We want to make our own decisions.
We want to choose our own path, destiny and lives.
Problem is....we don't know which way to go. We
follow the crowd for awhile. We try to be alone. We
find ourselves drawn back to the crowd.
Some of us give up our independence willingly to
God who tells us he has everything under control.
Everything that we strive for on our own is found in
Him and he does all things perfectly. We find the love
peace and security we are looking for in him when we
DEPEND on him.
